Testaments: Testaments or wills can be nuncupative or open; mystic, closed or sealed; or olographic.
Nuncupative or Open - Oral testatments declared or dictated by the testator in his last illness.
Mystic, Closed or Sealed - A testament which is put into a sealed envelope.
Olographic - An olographic testament, similar to the common law's holographic will, is one in the testator's handwriting.
Transaction or Compromise - Equivalent to
settlement of a lawsuit, a transaction or compromise is an agreement between persons who, for preventing or putting an end to a lawsuit, adjust their differences by mutual consent.

Tutorship:
Tutor - A tutor is a person similar to a guardian of a child. A female tutor is sometimes called a tutrix.
Dative tutorship - A dative tutorship is one appointed by a judge.
Undertutor - An undertutor is also appointed in every tutorship.
